Marielle and I took a trip with our friends to the zoo while Ryan slaved the day away in the office. This is one of the major perks of being a stay-at-home mom, I can go to the zoo and I'm still doing my job. We went with Marielle's friends Reed and Lucy. Reed is three and was our party's most excited participant. Marielle and Lucy mainly just liked being out and about. We had perfect weather (yes, Houston can have pleasant weather!) and spent most of the day there. Here are some pictures of our fun outing.

You never told us that you knew another Hyrum. We thought we were being very unique. Maybe he wont be the only Hyrum around after all.

We need to go to the zoo sometime. Brayden loves animals and he loves getting out. I feel bad that we've been trapped at the other house and haven't taken him outside on some really nice days. We're practically finished with the other house with little things to do here and there.

I loved going to the zoo with Alex. I have to admit that the zoo was much more fun for me than for him, but I think that he would enjoy it a lot more now that he is more mobile. I will have to go with you sometime.
