You May Already Be a WINNER!!!

Ok, ok, I overacted. Apparently a woman can walk around fully dialated to 3cm for three weeks and not go into labor. To use my plane analogy, I suppose we've been in a holding pattern and are still waiting for the go ahead from traffic control. Due to my gestational diabetes my Dr. has scheduled an induction for this Tuesday at 6am. He doesn't want our baby to get any bigger than necessary, and I concur since I have to push this baby out.

So in honor of our potentially large baby, let's have a contest.
GUESS THE WEIGHT SWEEPSTAKES
Winner will receive one of the following prizes:
  1. 1 million dollars*
  2. Your biography featured on the Marielle Show Blog to bask in your winningness.
  3. A DVD featuring Marielle's first year of life. (Over 65 minutes of gripping footage!)
  4. Ryan's home baked banana bread shipped to your home (freshness not guaranteed.)
  5. The thrill of victory.
So leave your guess in the comments section and stay tuned for update on late Tues or early Wednesday. And while your at it, we still need baby girl name suggestions, any help would be appreciated. :)

*Money paid out over 10 years in monthly installments starting in year 2077. Nontransferable, winner must be living to accept prize.

I get to be first, cuz I'm the mom. I predict 7 lbs 2 ounces. I believe in the power of optimism.

9,8 was how big Molly was (no gestational diabetes to help with that number!) I am pulling for you so i am guessing 8 lbs 4 ounces! Still a big baby, but not huge! Good luck!

I guess 8lbs 1oz! You can use Lydia! Its always been my favorite name- or tell Ryan he can name her melanie after good ol' Captain Mel. My next favorite name is Mallory.

I actually campaigned for Lydia a while back. In fact, MK suggested it first, but then quickly tired of it, so it fell of the list.

Good luck Mary Karlee, hopefully everything will go well and you will feel awesome after! Isn't that what we all wish for? I say she'll be 7 lbs 12 oz. What about the names Emily or Abigail?

All I have to say is if you think 7 lbs 2 oz is big, then poor Jenn has ginormous babies. My guess is 9 lbs 9 oz.

And my suggestion for a girls name is Jane - I've never met a Jane I didn't like...

Percy guesses 8 lbs 19 oz with the name Percylla (pronounced Persilla, with the accent on the "sill"- please call for futher clarification). Sarah guesses 8 lbs 5 oz. I am trying to think a name that starts with Mary (to stick with a theme) but I can't, so good luck!!

8 lbs 4 oz. Emma, Kate, and Capri are my favorites.

I had gestational diabetes (diet and exercise didn't work alone...I had to give myself 4 shots aday..I don't miss that)with my second one too and the baby was normal size so my guess is 7 lbs 3 oz.

Name: Emma, classic and cute.

Good LUCK!!

Favorite cousin in Arizona,

PS. Take your blood tester to the hospital just in case. My diabetes didn't leave for 12 hours and it took the staff a while to get around to checking my sugar. Good luck with the birth!

Mica was 8 lbs 14 oz and little Shawn was 7 lbs 9 oz. So I think that she or he will be 8 lbs 14 oz.
About the name I think that Isabelle is a beautiful name (this is a Portuguese name). But I found this web page that is really cool! http://www.babyhold.com/
Good luck on Tuesday!!!

I know you didn't clarify this but we're playing under Price is Right rules right? Closest without going over. Don't be changing the rules on us Mullens. We know you like to do that.
